Damaged Packages & Lost Shipments
Shipping Damage
If your box arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the outer packaging and components within 48 hours of delivery and contact our support team immediately for prompt replacement.
Lost Package Protection
If tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive business days, VREL will file a claim with the carrier and send out a replacement kit at no extra charge.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipment to the correct address.

VREL coilover systems are built with high-performance components, typically featuring 55CrSi high-tensile steel springs and hard-chrome plated Cr-Mo piston rods. Specific materials, damper oils, seals, and hardware may vary depending on product series, vehicle application, or manufacturing batch.
