32 Levels of Damping, One Setup
The heart of R1 Plus is its 32-level damping adjustment. That range matters: the soft end keeps the car composed and quiet on the street, while the firm end controls weight transfer under braking and cornering at pace. Set it for the commute, click it toward firm for the session, set it back for the drive home. Underneath, the proven VREL hardware does the heavy lifting — twin-tube construction, 55CrSi chromoly steel springs, NOK oil seals, and FUCHS shock oil, validated from -40°C to 200°C for consistency lap after lap.

On the street in the soft settings, R1 Plus is firm but entirely livable. At the track, dialed firm, the car stays flat through sustained corners, holds its line over cresting pavement, and gives you feedback you can trust at the limit.
